GreenPCSupport provides Remote Desktop Support to the people all over the World who can communicate with us in English Language. We charge customers for fixing the issues. Our customers obtain Technical Support from an experienced Support Engineers through Live Help (Leave Message) Windows and E-Mail by visiting our website www.greenpcsupport.com.
GreenPCSupport offer customers the option of Remote Computer Control, where Support Engineers, with the customer’s permission, take over the customer’s computer to fix the computer problems. By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Usage, customer acknowledges that they are aware that they will, on occasion, be offered the Remote Computer Control option. Our Support Engineers are not allowed to use Remote Computer Control without the explicit consent of the customer.
Refund Policy
GreenPCSupport agrees to pay the money back to the customer only if the same issue reoccurs with 7 days from the time of resolution or if the issue is not resolved on first contact. However, if you are not happy with the outcome and have gone through the dispute resolution process, we do entertain refund requests.
